Cel i okres w jakim przechowywane będą Państwa dane osobowe:

Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu realizacji umowy oraz świadczenia oferowanych usług, dla potrzeb marketingu bezpośredniego naszych produktów i usług oraz w celu przesyłania informacji handlowych środkami komunikacji elektronicznej.

Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane w okresie prowadzonej współpracy na podstawie podpisanych z Państwem umów i w okresach wymaganych przez obowiązujące prawo gospodarcze i podatkowe.

Przekazane Dalian Talent Poland sp. z o.o. dane osobowe nie są udostępniane, sprzedawane ani użyczane podmiotom trzecim, chyba że dzieje się to w przypadku wyraźnej zgody osoby, której dane dotyczą lub przekazania danych uprawnionym organom na podstawie przepisów prawa.

Państwa dane  będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego (Chin) do podmiotów wchodzących w skład grupy kapitałowej Dalian Talent w zakresie niezbędnym do podjęcia decyzji związanych z realizacją współpracy.

W niektórych sytuacjach mamy prawo przekazywać dane, jeśli będzie to konieczne, abyśmy mogli realizować umowę lub inne działania związane ze świadczeniem usługi konta. Będziemy przekazywać dane wyłącznie osobom upoważnionym przez nas, tj. naszym pracownikom i współpracownikom, którzy muszą mieć dostęp do tych danych, aby wykonywać powierzane im obowiązki oraz podmiotom przetwarzającym, którym zlecimy to zadanie.

Podanie przez Państwa danych jest warunkiem zawarcia umowy. Niepodanie przez Państwa danych uniemożliwi  Administratorowi Danych realizację umowy oraz świadczenie innych usług.
